A typical nut liquor from Ticino prepared according to an old, secret recipe. Ideal to drink as a digestive or to accompany desserts. The green walnuts, collected on St. John's Day, are macerated in grappa with the addition of spices for about six months. After that, part of the liqueur is refined in oak barrels and part in steel tanks. After ageing and refining, sugar is added and the nut liqueur is bottled. |
